Quirky, innovative, and creative is how Rosalynn Glover, the founder of Roze Gold describes herself. Always having a love for fashion, Rosalynn learned to sew (and can still to this day make anything from scratch) in high school. This lead her to The Florida State University to major in Retail Merchandising and Product Development with a minor in, yep you guessed it, marketing.
While in college, Rosalynn joined Faces Modeling Troupe, ran PR for the campus’ fashion magazine and started a business, an online boutique catered to millennials. Shortly after, Rosalynn began her professional career at a marketing company where she learned the fundamentals of ecommerce, marketing and strategy. Always having the entrepreneurial spirit within her, building a brand, starting a business and marketing a business in this digital space has always been a passion of Rosalynn’s. She began social media management for small businesses in any down time she could find from her 9 to 5.
After building these social media platforms for businesses in her downtime, Rosalynn decided that this was better off as a full time job, considering that she always knew she was destined for entrepreneurship. The idea of Roze Gold Marketing began to tug away at her heart, but she continuously put it off, out of fear of losing her steady income at her full-time job..
In December of 2016, Rosalynn was laid off, and she smiled, knowing that God was up to something.
In January of 2017, Rosalynn received her first ‘official’ client under the Roze Gold Boutique Marketing Agency name. From there, the company has grown tremendously in the matter of a few months, handling clients from lifestyle bloggers, event planners and public figures.
Rosalynn believes that everyone should live a life that they feel passionate about. Because of this, Roze Gold only works with brands that she, too is passionate about. She believes you must do everything with passion or not at all.
Roze Gold is a culmination of what Rosalynn has learned throughout the years through her education, training, and years in the workforce.
